Bewitching Love (version for sextet)
A sextet version of two numbers from the gypsy repertoire: “Dance of the End of the Day” and “Interlude.” Manuel de Falla revised this version in 1926, changed the order of the two pieces, and gave them the definitive titles of “Pantomime” and “Ritual Fire Dance.” It premiered in Cádiz, at the Royal Philharmonic Academy of Santa Cecilia, on May 1, 1926.
